Education: He is Master of Commerce in Business Policy and Corporate Governance, Graduated from University of Delhi (India) and Law graduate. He is a Practicing Company Secretary and fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number F7731.
Management & Leadership: He was an elected member of the Management Committee of Noida Chapter of ICSI since the year 2011 to 2018, and was the Chairman of the Management Committee for the years 2013-14 & 2016-17.
He was a leading member of the key group representing the profession of Company Secretaries before the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (Then Minister Shri Sachin Pilot and Secretary Sh. Naved Masood) on the matter of Companies Rules 2014 and his views have been accepted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and accordingly suitable amendment have been made in the Rules.
Court Duty: He had been appointed as a Scrutinizer by the Hon’ble Principal Bench, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi in various companies including Himalaya International Limited, Appetizers and Snacks Foods Limited, Fortis Health Care Private Limited, Ligare Voyages Limited, etc. His report was well appreciated by the Chairman of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
As an academician: he has been continuously invited by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to trained ICLS Provisional Officers selected through UPSC Exams and he trained the officers of several batches and shared his expertise on many subjects, like Law of Evidence, Board Management, Forensic Audit, Constitution of India, etc., with the participants which were well appreciated by the participants and ministry.
Furthermore, he is being invited to address various seminars & conferences organized by Professional Bodies/Institutes, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, various NGOs, Collages and universities at various places all over India on various topics and issues.
Electronic Media & TV News: He has been invited as an Expert by various news channels including Doordarshan, Aaj Tak, India Today, Tez, Delli Aajtak, etc. on various professional, social, educational and legal issues.

Professional Experience: He has a vast experience approx 10 years as Corporate Professional and has worked with large Industrial houses/institutions in India. As a Practicing Company Secretary, he has successfully managed wide areas of Company law, RBI Compliances, Corporate laws, Taxation consultancy to various public/private entities, including financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, due diligence, Compliance management, winding-up matters, formation of SPV in India, draft schemes of takeovers, hearings and representations before various Statutory Authorities including Company Law Board, National Company law Tribunal, National Highway Authority of India, RBI, SEBI, etc.
Social Responsibility:He believes in giving back to the society, he was running 'Sunrise Education Center', which were providing free education to the children of leprosy patients at Leprosy Complex, Tihar Pur, Delhi. He is also the Founder & President of Serve India Foundation, which is into providing free primary education to the children living in slums and economically forced into child labor. With this, he also gets to spend some time teaching children, which is his favorite time pass in addition to writing poems.
